Anna Hausser is Senior Project Manager at Global Infrastructure Basel (GIB), working within the Infrastructure & Nature programme and contributing to the REHUBS initiative. She brings over 25 years of international experience in sustainable finance, climate-resilient development, and strategic programme leadership across Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Anna specialises in designing and implementing innovative financial mechanisms that mobilise climate finance and support nature-positive, resilient infrastructure. She has led high-impact and complex, multi-country initiatives with financial institutions, regulators, and multilateral organisations, translating global sustainability frameworks into practical, fundable solutions.
Anna holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and Cornell University and completed the Diploma in Advanced Sustainability (DAS), from the Institute for Business Sustainability in Switzerland. She works fluently in English, French, and Spanish.
